BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COLR~ITY OF HAWAII
SECTION 1 The State Land lise Boundanes Map, H-13 for the County of Hawan, is
amended to change the dtstnct classtficauon of property descnbed hereinafter as follows
The dtstnct classtficatton of the following area situated at Puehuehu, North
Kohala, Hawatt, shall be Urban
Beginning at the Northeast comer of thts parcel of land, situated on the
Southwesterly stde of Hawt-Ntulu Road, being also the Northwest comer of Lot 1 of
Ktnnersley Road Tract 1, Block "A" (FILE PLAN 651), the coordma[es of satd pom[ of
begtnnmg, referred to Government Survey Trtangulatton Station "PUi; O NALE" being
12,726 18 feet North and 9,527 31 feet East and thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from True South
