AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE STATE LAND USE BOUNDARIES MAP, H-8 FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
THE AGRICULTURAL TO THE URBAN DISTRICT AT KEAUHOU 1ST, NORTH KON.A,
HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-8-11 9
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
SECTION 1 The State Land Use Boundanes Map, H-8 for the County of Haw•an, is
amended to change the d~stnct class~ficaUon of property descnbed hereinafter as follows
The distnct classification of the following area situated at Keauhou 1'', North
Kona, Hawau, shall be L'rban
Beginning at a''/: inch pipe at the Southwesterly comer of this parcel of land,
being also the Northwesterly comer of Lot 1-A and being a point on the Easterly
boundary of Lot 5-A, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government
Survey Tnangulauon Station "KEAUI-IOU COAST" being 4,465 69 feet North and
3,706 82 feet East and running by azimuths measured clockwise from True South
