RESOLUTION NO. 1 00
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE COUNCIL CHAIR AND THE VICE CHAIR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF' THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that James
Y. Arakaki be and he is hereby declared the duly elected Chair and Presiding Officer of the
Council of the County of Hawaii effective December 4, 2000.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Council Member J. Curtis 'Tyler, III, be and he is
hereby declared the duly elected Vice Chair of the Council of the County of Hawaii.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 4'h day of December 2000.
