Department of Transportation, from Planning Director
Duane Kanuha dated April 5, 1990, asking what type of
improvements would be provided at the Kuakini/Palani .
Road intersection which would enable it to carry
projected traffic.

Copy of letter to Paul H. Rosendahl from Planning
Director Duane Kanuha dated April 6, 1990, informing
that his water commitment payment date of July 25,
1989, pursuant to Condition B of Ordinance 89 50, has
lapsed without receipt of any payment by the Department
of Water Supply (DWS). Requests that he submit the
required payment to DWS within 30 days of receipt of
their certified letter. States should the payment not
be received by the specified time frame, the Planning
Director, pursuant to Condition L, may initiate
rezoning of tlxe area to its original or more
appropriate desig:~ation.
Further, informs subdivision plans and an annual
progress report shall be submitted to their office on
or before April 26, 1990, as required by Conditions C
and K, respectively.

Res. 175: REQUEST PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT STUDY TO
AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN
Requests the Planning Department to conduct a study to
determine the feasibility of amending the General Plan
to redesignate the property identified as
TMK: 7-6-24:parcel 31 from Low Density to Medium
Density.
