(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLNC[L OF THE COUNTY" OF HAWAII
SECTION 1 Chapter 24, amcle 1Q drv~ston 5, section 24-281 schedule 29 (Parking
prohibited during certain hours on certain streets, tow-away zone), subsection (f) Kona, of the
Hawat`i County Code 1983 (1995 edmon), as amended, ~s amended by adding the following to
be appropriately numbered and [o read as follows

SECTION 2 Material to be repealed is bracketed New material is underscored In
printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included
SECTION 3 If any prov~s~on of this ordinance, or the apphcauon thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such uivahd~ty shall not affect other prov~s~ons or apphcauons
of the ordinance which can be given effect w•nhout the invalid provision or apphcauon, and to
this end, the prov~s~ons of this ordinance are declared to be severable
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
