RE: Confirmation of Mr. Christopher Yuen as Planning Director
Dear Chairman Leithead-Todd and Councilmembere:
We are writing to express our euppcut of Mr. Yuen'e appointment se Planrur4$
Director. Despite some concern about his qualifications, i.e., "admirustrative
experience," we believe he is mom than qualified for the position.
Webster's Dictionary defines "adminietef as "1. To direct or menage (affair, a
government, etc.); to have executive charge of ' Didn't he do and have that for

his own law office for many years. If the charter said "menage" a bunch of people
then that may be a different story. But it doesn't say that
