Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No 8, Draft 3, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at the December 19, 2000 Planning Committee meeting:
1. Condition C Inserts "meeting with the urban pavement standards of Chapter 23
(Subdivision Code) of the Hawau County Code " at the end of the paragraph.
2 Condition F replaces "an ohana" with "a second" in the first sentence
