Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Btll No. 348, Draft 3, which mcludes the
following amendments to Condition F as discussed at today's Council meeting.
I . delete the word "prepared" from the first sentence and replace it with "conducted"
2 delete the words "pnor to" and replace them with "of'
3 delete the penod and the word "The" and replace them with a comma and "the"
4 delete "Final Subdivision Approval "from the last line and replace them with
"certificate of occupancy "
