Re: Nomination of Chris Yuen as Planning Director
Dear Chairman Arakaki:
We commend the nomination of Chris Yuen by Harry Kim to the
position of Planning Director.
It is particularly important at this point in Hawaii's development
that we have someone who can guide the planning process,
keeping in mind both the need for planned growth as well as an
awareness of environmental concerns.
We support Mr. Yuen's nomination to the Council chair.
