Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No 348, Draft 2, which includes the
following amendments
1 Condition D delete "pnor to Final Plan Approval "and insert "within ten (10)
yeazs from the effective date of this ordinance."
2 Cond~tton F insert "Based on a Traffic Impact Analysis Report (TIAR prepazed
within one (1) yeaz prior to Final Subdivision Approval." before existing
language
3 Condition S delete "Provided that the land uses proposed generate the need for
such facilities, the" and capitalize the word "The" and begin the pazagraph from
there
4 Condition U delete the previous language and insert the standard fazr shaze
contnbution language
5 Condition W Insert at the end of the pazagraph a new sentence "A certificate of
occupancy shall not be Issued until the infrastructure improvements have been
constructed "
