Subject Resolution to Enter Into Multiyeaz Lease of Copier
Dear Chairman Arakaki and Council Members
Attached is a resolution that would allow the Mayor to enter into a multiyear lease for a copier
for the Mayor's Office The present copier is a model sold between 1985 and 1989, and
cannot copy more than a single sheet at a time Although it is now over ten yeazs old, rental
and usage payments still average 5130 a month By leasing a new machine at a similaz cost,
we will have increased office efficiency
