I support the Mayor's nominaoion of Lincoln S. T. Ashida as our Caorporadon
Counsel.
Lincoln Ashida is a Keen litigator and would be an asset to the Dept. of the
Corporation Counsel.
Mr. Ashida put in long bouts as a supervising deputy prosecutor and was capable
of talring any case that came into the office. He has tried cases in the Family, District and
Circwt Court. In addition, he has been actively involved in the training of new police
officers and other agency and community groups. In his most recent assignment, he was
involved in the development of the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner's procedutt;s and
protocols.
