Village and espedally ones that were contained In the Ksllua Village Masber Plan. Ordlnarrce no
00-64 begins t0 hnplernent some of that plan. The chamber supports the fundirq (#800,000)
for ImprevemNMS tD Kuakinl Highway from Palsnl t0 Hualalal. Wa drove on tfils roadway every
day and the surface b daterloragrq ropkly. Wa also teal that avenues for commercial traffic in
the Kallua Village area need bD ba a~arrdad due to inveasing occupancy and Improvement of
business. Congestlon along this road Is extreme durlnp almost all times of the weekday. Thank
