Pacific Jetstream, LLC needs the grant of easement to mamtam its retammg <br /> wall along the east boundary of Kanalam Street w•nhm the pubhc nght-ot=way, and <br /> 11'HEREAS, the required easement ~s approx~mateh• 46 square feet and ~s appraised at <br /> $437 00, and <br /> «TIEREAS, Section 2-111 of the Hawaii County Code authonzes the Council, by <br /> resolution approved by a maJonty, to direct the finance director to grant easements from the <br /> County of Hawaii, subJect, however, to reversion to the Counq- of Hawaii upon tennmation or <br /> abandonment of [he easements for the specific purposes for which rt was granted <br /> <br />
