Aloha Chairman James Arakaki and Members of the County Council:
My name is Pua Tokumoto, producer of the Tahtti Fete of Hilo The competition
will be held at the Edith Kanaka'ole Stadium on February 23-25, 2001.
I hope you consider allowing me do a short presentation and orientation on the
Tahiti Fete and show a short 5-minute video of the Tahiti Fete of San Jose. In this
way you can gain an appreciation of what I am proposing for Hilo, especially for
the new members of the council. I will also be happy to answer any questions
regardtng the program
Would it be possible to schedule this someume in January or early February?
