Attached for your favorable consideration is proposed Bill No. 14, Draft 2, which includes the
following amendments as discussed at today's Committee meeting:
I . Condition G. inserts the standard language which prohibits the construction of
second dwellings on the subject property.
2. Condition H. inserts language which states "Access to the subject property shall
be designed in accordance with Chapter 22 of the Hawaii County Code and meet
with the approval of the Department of Public Works."
