I have spoken to Mr Tyler and Mr. Safank and both gentlemen have agreed to serve in these capacities Pursuant to the bylaws of HSAC, each Council, pnor to Apnl 15, is required to appoint one of its members to serve as an officer of HSAC for the term beginning July 1 Each Council shall also appoint an alternate Given the present vacancy, I request that the Council take up consideration of Mr. Safank's interest and motivated candidacy to serve in the capacity of alternate HSAC representative at its next meeting To expedite filling of tlvs vacancy, Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations Committee Chair Leningrad Elanonoff has requested that this matter be waived to the full Council for immediate action Thank you for your consideration of this request JYA rf Corimi.
