The following is the quarterly report for the Second Quarter of Fiscal Year 2000-01 of
claims not involnng or requlnng payments in excess of $1,500:
Three (3) general liab?lity claims were pa?d aggregating in total the sum of $1,673 82
Respecting velvcular collisions, a total of three (3) claims were resolved The County
paid $2,144.45, but nothing was recovered on account of damages by or to County vehicles
Finally, there were no settlement funds paid in civil cases dunng the second quarter of the
current Fiscal Yeaz
Thus report is being submitted pursuant to Section 2-9 of the Hawazi County Code
