As suggested by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, I would like to propose that
Bill 55, Draft 3, be amended to read:
5471 [Social Programs] Non Profit - Grant -in -Aid
Further, the object code number for each grant should be changed from 115 to 341.
This change is being suggested to accommodate the non-profit funding in view of the
Supreme Court decision in Konno v. County of Hawaii.
