Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance appropriating the second Increment of the fuel tax
increase established by Resolution Nos. 192-97 and 241-98 Projected revenues are
being allocated utilizing the same method as Increment 1 with the distribution among
districts according to each district's percent of miles of local streets Specific projects
are listed on Exhibit A of the bill

Allocation of second increment of fuel tax revenues established by

H. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Using same distribution method used to appropriate revenues
collected under Increment 1.
Projected revenues increased from $5 million to $5.8 million.
