Re Department of Environmental Management
Enclosed is a resolution transferring $48,540 within the Sewer Fund; out and from
Wastewater Pension Accumulation and credited to Wastewater Transfer to General
Fund Excess funds are available in the Pension Accumulation account due to the
reduction in required contribution to the State Retirement Plan The new funds are
being transferred to the General Fund to fund the current operations of the new
Department of Environmental Management
Also, enclosed is an ordinance to establish the new Department of Environmental
Management within the General Fund
