Your Commtttee on Finance, to which was refereed Resolution No 16-01, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 16-01, transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication
No. 48, dated December 26, 2000, increases the time element of Position No 3646 Facilities
Maintenance and Service Worker I from half time to full time.
Due to the increasing number of requests for use of the facilities at the Ho`olulu Complex, as
well as the additional property that the County of Hawaii has obtained across from the Afook-
Chinen Auditonum, the need for additional manpower to maintain the facilities at a safe and
respectable standazd is critical.
Funds aze available in the Ho`olulu Pazk Complex Regulaz Salaries and Wages
account(010-500-5511.01-011)
For informational purposes, Mr. Tyler voted kanalua twice.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purposes and intent of Resolution No 16-01
and recommends its adoption
