Re• Resolution for multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one
fiscal year for a copy machine for the Engineering Division of the Department of
Public Works The copy machine currently being used is 10 years old. It
requires frequent servicing and the vendor has increasing difficulty locating
replacement parts
If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Public Works
Department.

buy a new copier and therefore requests the authonty to enter into a lease program The lease
cost ~s included m next yeaz's budget In the current yeaz the cancellation of maintenance on the
current copier vnll provide adequate funds.
