Program
The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a resolution to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA)
authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate the sale of Lot
22 Pleasant Acres to the Roman Catholic Church in the State of
Hawaii Office for Social Ministry pursuant to the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development $1 home sales to
local governments program.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting of
January 29, 2001, by a vote of ~ ayes, $ nays, and with
02 absent and excused. Accordingly, I am requesting that this
resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its
February 22,2001, meeting.
