The Office of Housing and Community Development (OHCD) submitted
a resolution to the Hawaii County Housing Agency (HCHA)
authorizing the Director of Finance to negotiate an agreement to
lease the Papa'aloa Elderly Housing Project to Papa'aloa Housing
Incorporated.
The HCHA reviewed and approved the resolution at its meeting of
January 24, 2001, by a vote of ~ ayes, nays, and with
absent and excused. Accordingly, I am requesting that this
resolution be included on the Council agenda for action at its
February 22,2001, meeting.
