WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt the street names of unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii County Code; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of December 15, 2000, approved the name for the certain unnamed roadway within Pa`au><lo Homesteads, Hamakua, Hawaii; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows: Antone De Luz Road - after Antone De Luz, one of the original settlers of this Homestead.
