NA1~iIIING OF STREET IN TIME COUNTY OF HA~AI`I, STATE OF I-IAVVAI`I.
V6~I-IEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized t®:.adopt. the street names of
unnamed roadways in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, r~t•€icle 2, Chapter 22,
Hawaii County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regulaz meeting of December 15, 2000,
approved the name for the certain unnamed roadway within the Pahoa Village, Puna, Hawaii; now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTS' OF Hv'iWAI`I that said
roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
Pahoa Village Road - after the name of the Vi~lage of Pahoa.
