Your request for a heating regazding alleged land use violations as reported in the
October 26, 2000, West Hawan Today has not gone without notice. It is my philosophy
that there should be communication between agencies and committees before heanngs

consuming.
I have brought this situation to the attention of Jiro Sumada, Deputy Cluef Engineer of
the Department of Public Works and have requested a wntten response With your
indulgence, I would prefer to generate some documentation pnor to a heating
