I have worked with Jane for over 20 yeazs in the community as well as on a personal bests Jane
demonstrates the qualttites of a true leader. She is flexrble, listens to her staff, is highly organized
and proficient in what she does She has certainly gained the respect and trust of not only her
staff, but also the community she serves I have seen her work through difficult situations She is
skilled at problem solving as well as involving staff in the process of decision making.
Your decision to select a good employee who possess the leadership qualities necessary to lead
Research and Development through its changes is a challenging one. Ms. Testa is an excellent
