Attached is Resolution No. 35-O1, Draft 2, which was the result of the followutg
amendment made at the Fmence Commrttee meeting of February 6, 2001
To add the resolved clause to read "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that the Office of the Mayor rs authonzed
to enter into an agreement with the Department of Education, State of Hawat`i, to assrst
the DARE Program "
The word "Charter" has also been added to correct the second resolved clause
