This <br /> additional appropriation is necessary to cover the additional cost of the design and <br /> construction of One Pauahi Place due to the design changes proposed by Mayor Kim <br /> At the present time, the Department of Public Works is developing more accurate <br /> figures on the cost of the proposed changes. As soon as these numbers are available, <br /> we will present them to you.
