No. 51/Res.No. 18-01 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 9:10 A.M. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Resolution No. 18-01, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 18-01,transmitted by Director of Finance William Takaba, via Communication <br /> No. 51, dated December 19, 2000, authorizes the grant of easement for retaining wall purposes at <br /> Kaloko, District of North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawai`i, Tax Map Key No. (3)7-3- <br /> 051: Portion of Kanalani Street to Pacific Jetstream, LLC. <br /> The County of Hawai`i is the owner of that certain roadway parcel located in the Kaloko Light <br /> Industrial Subdivision Unit 1, at Kaloko,North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawai`i, <br /> known as Kanalani Street. <br /> The retaining wall owned by Pacific Jetstream, LLC along the east boundary of Kanalani Street <br /> encroaches into the public right-of-way. Pacific Jetstream, LLC needs the grant of easement to <br /> maintain its retaining wall along the east boundary of Kanalani Street within the public right-of- <br /> way.
