Your Committee on Finance,to which was referred Bill No. 19, reports as follows:
Bill No. 19, transmitted by Director of Finance William T. Takaba, via Communication No.75,
dated January 22, 2001, amends Ordinance No,00-64, as amended, the Capital Budget ending
June 30, 2001. The amendment is as follows:
FROM:
3104.06 Fuel Tax Increase Highway Fund $5,800,000
TO:
TEA-21 Projects (Federal Aid) $2,900,000
Local Road Improvements $2,900,000
Total $5,800,000
Allotments for these program appropriations were listed on an attached Exhibit A.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purposes and intent of Bill No. 19 and
recommends it pass first reading.
