Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 21, reports as follows:
Bill No. 21, transmitted by Director of Finance William T. Takaba, via Communication No. 77,
dated January 18, 2001, amends Ordinance No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget,
ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as follows:

These funds will be used to supplement the existing county budget and to maintain the current
service level. This will also replenish funds that were used to purchase an additional handicap-
accessible bus.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 21 and
recommends it pass first reading.
