Chapter 22, Hawat`t County Code, and ~l'HEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular tneettng of December 1 2000, approved the names for the certain unnamed roadways within the Pa`auhau Village, Hamakua, Hawat`t, now• therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLTCIL OF THE COLT~TY OF HAWAII that said roadways. as indicated on Exhtbrt "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows Pa'auhau Street - after the ahupuaa (place name), Inerally meamng titbute enclosure Ho olauna Loop - meaning to be friendly Ho`olauna Place - meamne to be friendly Ho'olapa Lane - meamng to form a ridge Ho'omau Street - meanme to continue the tradrhon Ho'ou t Street - meanme to beautify Ho'olokaht Street - meaning to make peace and unity Pua`olena Street - meaning the 'olena flower, the Flower of [he turmeric Ho`olaua a Street - meaning to chensh, as a beloved memos Dated at Hllo, Ha\vat't, this day of , 3001 WTRODUCED BY OL C MBER.
