Re Nonprofit Grant Application
I regret to inform you that your nonprofit grant application for county funds was ruled
ineligible due to its late submittal on February 1, 2001 The Hawaii County Code states
that "all applications for grants shall be submitted to the [Finance] director on or before
January 31 preceding the County's fiscal year, which begins on July 1 "This requirement
was also rederated in the cover letter issued to all applignts
