FINDINGS AND AWARD OF PENSION
The application of Andres A Baclig, Jr , a former Hawau County Band member, havng
come on for heanng before the Pension Board of the County of Hawau, State of Hawau, on the 26th
day of February, 2001, and said Board, upon the evidence adduced and information furnished,
having found said applicant to be eligible for a pension under Part IV, Chapter 88, Hawau Rewsed
Statutes, based on the following findings of fact
1 Applicant, who is 60 years old, was employed with the Hawau County Band and the
Mayor's Office for 13 years and 2 months
2 Calculation of pension as provided by law
Pension $ 180 97
Bonus 00
Post Retirement Allowance 00
TOTAL MONTHLY GRANT $ 180 97
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that said Andres A Baclig, Jr , be and he is
hereby granted a pension in the sum of $180 97 per month, and all future benefits denvmg thereto,
effective February 1, 2001
