AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1 Chapter 24, azhcle 10, d~v~s~on 5, section 24-281 schedule 29 (Pazk~ng
prolub~ted dunng certain hours on certain streets; tow-away zone), subsecrion (f) Kona, of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), as amended, is amended by adding the following to
be appropnately numbered and to read as follows
~ Keanalehu Dnve. 8 00 a m to 3 00 p m. on school dam
SECTION 2 Matenal to be repealed is bracketed New matenal is underscored. In
pnnting tkus ordinance, the brackets, bracketed matenal and undersconng need not be included
SECTION 3 If any prov~s~on of this ordinance, or the appl~carion thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidtty shall not affect other provisions or apphcarions
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid pronston or apphcarion, and to
this end, the prons~ons of this ordinance are declazed to be severable
SECTION 4. Tlus ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
