Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to appropriate $880,000 of the Highway Fund's
Fund Balance to the following accounts in need of additional funds: Traffic Division's
Equipment and Street Lights accounts; Highways Division's Administrative OCE and
roadside maintenance SVC accounts; and Transfer to Capital Projects Fund -
Highway account
