Dear Chairman Arakakl and Council Members
It is my pleasure to nominate Ms Jeanne E Yagi to the Hawaii County Civil Service
Commission
Ms Jeanne Yagi will replace Dorothy Pung whose tern expired on December 31, 2000
Ms Yagi is a Idelong resident of Hawau and has previously served on this commission from
August 22, 1995 to December 31, 1997
Ms Yagi is retired from the State and County of Hawaii, and presently serves as a member of
the State Board of Registretion, Office of Elections She is also a member of the Board of the
Big Island Federel Credit Union, the Chinese Civic Association of Hawaii, and the Waiakea High
School SCBM Council She states that she is not affiliated with any poldical party and will serve
a term to expire on December 31, 2005
