Relating to Statewide Marijuana Eradication Grant
This is to transmit Resolution No 46-01, Draft 2 for your consideration. Draft 2 contains
anew `Be It Further Resolved' clause that subjects the approval and authorization of the
execution of the Agreement upon five conditions relating to (1) rappelling, (2) aerial
spraying, (3) residential overflights, (4) submitting mission reports and (5) the set aside
of confiscated marihuana for medical marijuana use The State Departrnents of Health
and the Attorney General have been added to the list of departments receiving a copy of
the resolution
