ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.00-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2000 to
June 30, 2001, is hereby amended by increasing the following appropriation:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Puainako Street Extension [$12,800,000] $23.000.000
(110-399-5391.25-115 )
Puainako Street Extension (County Matching Funds) [$3,600,000] $5.800.000
(110-399-5391.26-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $10,200,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $2,200,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
