We were recently notified that Rose House, Inc., a nonprofit orgenlzletbn that
reafved a county Brent to prwlde a atrudured supportive living home for women
wishing to recover from substance abuse, was disbandklg on January 31,2001.
Pursuant to Chapter 2, Artbk 25, Sectlon 2-139(b) of the Hawaii County Cods, a
publb notice was issued to sofiat applications from Nigible nonprofit
organizatbns to provide essistanoe b people recavsring from substance abuse
In Hawal'I County for the rerr?akrder of this fiscal year.
I wish to inform you that no applbetbns were reoeNed on or before the deadline
set for March 9, 2001 and there remains $1,500.00 in unspent funds in the Rose
House. Inc. account.
