UNTIL CRUCIAL ISSUES RELATING TO THIS DEVELOPMENT HAVE BEEN CLARIFIED. In addition we petition the planning director to initiate down-zoning of all 150 plus acres of the formerly proposed Amanh~deaway, regardless of who owns the property now, since the ongtnal developer fazled to a comply with a dozen specific comrnitments made previously to the community and the County of Hawaz' ~ m order to get approval for his zoning request b subrnit yearly regmred reports to the County of Hawaz'~ over the past four years.
