RESOLUTION NO. 6'7 U1
A RESOLUTION AMENDING SALARY ORDINANCE NO. 00-65 TO DELETE THE TIME ELEMENT
OF THE COUNTY PHYSICIAN AND ASSISTANT COUNTY PHYSICIAN CLASSES OF WORK
WHEREAS, Section 3-13, Hawaii County Charter, provides for interim amendments to the
Salary Ordinance to be made by resolution, and
WHEREAS, Section 7 of Salary Ordinance 00-65 lists the classes of work and compensation
for persons employed by the County other than those whose pay is otherwise provided for, and
WHEREAS, time element refers to individual positions and their appropriated salaries
regarding full-time equivalency hours of employment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII
that Section 7 02(a) of Salary Ordinance No 00-65 be amended as follows
Section 7 02(a) COUNTY PHYSICIAN
OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT
1 County Physician [(1/2T)] A-18
2 Assistant County Physician [(1/2T)] A-17
[3 Assistant County Physician (1/4T) A-17]

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to the Office of
