ORDINANCE NO. 01 30
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`I•
SECTION 1 Chapter 24, article 10, division 6, section 24-287 schedule 35 (Passenger
loading zones), subsection (c) South Htlo, of the Hawaii Cotmty Code 1983 (1995 edttion), is
amended by adding the following to be appropnately numbered and to read as follows
u Kani`olani Street, mauka side, from a point forty-nine feet Puna of the
Veterans Cemetery Access Road and extendini: one hundred ninety-six feet in the
Puna direction from 7 15 a m. to 8 00 a m and from 2.30 p m to 3.30 p m on
school days
SECTION 2. Matenal to be repealed is bracketed New matenal is underscored In
pnnting this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed matenal and undersconng need not be included
SECTION 3 If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance aze declazed to be severable
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval
