RE: A Resolution Authorizing Funding To Help Defray Travel Costs
For The 1997 Special Olympic Summer Games
Pursuant to Section l(e) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawaii, this written approval is submitted fn regards to Resolution No. S 3 ,relating to funding
to help det~ay travel costs for the 1997 Summer Games, waiving said referral from the Committee
on Finance in order that appropriate action can be taken by the Council.
In reviewing the contents of the referral, it is deemed advisable that such waiver be granted.
