This office seeks approval to enter into amulti-yeaz (5) lease for a new stamp
machine Our current machine which is owned by us, costs us $126 92 per month during
the past yeaz. This machine has no maintenance plan and is expected to have increased
repairs in the future.
Under the five-yeaz lease, our cost would be $139.00 per month, which would
include maintenance and lock in our rates for other services (soft guazd and meter rental)
which could rise annually.
Our costs to purchase a machine over afive-yeaz term would be approximately
$167 00 per month.
