Dear Mr. Chairman and Council Members,
I am writing on behalf of Lehua Jaycees and asking for your support on Resolution No.
52 97 regarding the 4th of July fireworks on Coconut Island. Having been a member of
the Lehua Jaycees I know of there commitment to the people and our community.
The fourth of July fireworks display is only one of the many community projects that the
Lehua Jaycees provide. This fireworks display is enjoyed by everyone both young and
old. We all look forward to thls Celebration and a time of being with family and friends.
This year during the Lehua Jaycees 25th Anniversary they are planning an even more
spectacular display. We humbly ask for your support to defray some of the expenses
to make this event a successful one.
