Comments• We need more police officers in Kona patroling the neighborhoods. Although in
principal I agree with the HIPAL program 1 think the priority should be the health and safety
of the public The Napoopoo wharf has become a real problem with open drinking, drug
use, loud music and commerical activity. The police are always short-staffed when called
They come when they can. Please expediate the process to get more policeman for us
